## Program Overview: Graduate Trainee Program (GTP)
The Graduate Trainee Program is a comprehensive development initiative aimed at nurturing future leaders within the forestry industry. ## Candidate Qualifications
To be eligible for the GTP Batch XXVII, candidates must meet the following specific criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in Agriculture, Forestry, Soil Science, Forest Cultivation, or Forest Plant Breeding.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or those with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrable high integrity, self-driven motivation, and professional resilience.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed in remote operational areas within Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra.
* Commitment: Candidates must be ready to sign and fully commit to an 18-month (1.5 years) employment service bond.
