Role Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Execute and monitor production machinery to ensure adherence to established operational standards.
* Quality & Quantity Control: Supervise the production area to guarantee that output consistently meets our stringent quality and volume benchmarks.
* Data Integrity: Ensure precise documentation of all production activities throughout the shift.
* Resource Management: Manage material requirements in alignment with production planning schedules.
* Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process enhancements to optimize production workflows.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Education: Minimum D3 or D4 degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in a production environment; high-potential fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, AM & PM concepts, Continuous Improvement methodologies, 5R, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Soft Skills: Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, high integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and resilience.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work in a shift-based system.
* Location: Position based at our Cikarang Timur manufacturing facility.
