1. Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager, you will be the strategic lead for our operations, ensuring that our high standards of service and sales excellence are met consistently.
* Oversee comprehensive branch operations to ensure seamless daily functionality.
* Design and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed established branch targets.
* Lead and inspire branch teams to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

* A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the automotive industry, ideally within the luxury car segment.
* Demonstrated history of success in a Branch Manager or equivalent leadership role.

2. Administration Head

* Validate and verify essential administrative documentation, including financial records, sales logs, service reports, and personnel documentation.
* Manage regulatory documentation processes, such as STNK and BPKB submissions.
* Direct, control, and evaluate the performance of the administrative team.
* Supervise support tasks to ensure the smooth flow of financial, sales, and service operations.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field (Accounting degree is preferred).
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an administrative or financial leadership capacity.
* Prior experience in the automotive industry as an Administration Head is highly desirable.
* Proficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing complex administrative duties.
* Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
