## Open Position: Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards that define the Sari Roti brand. You will be at the heart of the manufacturing process, ensuring that every loaf of bread meets strict quality and safety criteria.
Core Responsibilities
* Quality Assurance: Operate in strict accordance with safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP guidelines.
* Operational Oversight: Execute the full production cycle—from raw material preparation and dough mixing to baking, metal detection, and final packaging.
* Technical Compliance: Verify expiry dates, production codes, and labeling accuracy before products are dispatched.
* Equipment Maintenance: Monitor oven performance and production machinery to ensure optimal output.
* Documentation: Maintain precise records of production indicators and manufacturing results.
* Sanitation: Uphold stringent hygiene standards within the workspace and perform routine machine cleaning.
* Team Collaboration: Assist across various production sections, such as Scaling, Mixing, Make-up, and Oven operations, to ensure seamless workflow.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) from any field of study.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment is a distinct advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with bakery production processes, GMP, and sanitation standards is preferred.
