General Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.9 out of 4.0.
* Professional Experience: Previous experience in building construction projects is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked on BUMN Karya projects.
* Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of MEP systems and the ability to interpret complex technical working drawings for building structures.
* Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to oversee and manage MEP work sites effectively.
* Flexibility: A willingness to be deployed across various operational areas of PT Nindya Beton.
