Position: Operator Development Program (ODP)
If you are looking to build a stable and professional career within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, this program offers the perfect platform for professional growth.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any major.
* Preferred Majors: Fresh vocational graduates (SMK) specializing in Machinery, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, and Welding are highly encouraged to apply.
* Professional Experience: Candidates with at least one year of experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment are preferred.
* Physical Requirements: Must possess a minimum height of 168 cm, excellent physical stamina, and must not be colorblind.

* Work Environment: Candidates must be ready to work within our operational and warehouse areas.
