* Educational Background: Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience, holding a D3 or S1 degree in Animal Science, Poultry Extension, or Animal Welfare.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
* Commitment: Full availability for an intensive, full-time Management Trainee curriculum.
* Physical Readiness: Must pass standard company medical examinations and have no allergies to poultry.
* Professional Mindset: A genuine passion for the poultry industry, strong self-motivation, and the willingness to commit to a service bond.
