Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, with a specific focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
* Core Competencies: Capable of conducting employee development analyses and demonstrating a strong grasp of Training Need Analysis (TNA) fundamental concepts.
* Creative & Communication Skills: Proficient in public speaking/presentations, alongside basic skills in video editing and poster design.
* Management & Collaboration: Skilled in managing partnerships with external trainers and vendors, supported by exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
* Technical Proficiency: Fluent in English (both verbal and written) and highly competent in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

* Educational Background: D4 or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or Environmental Engineering.
* Mandatory Certification: Must hold a valid General K3 Certification or K3 Kemnaker certification.
* Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of workplace safety regulations, environmental compliance, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.
