## Current Openings
We are currently hiring for several strategic roles based in our South Jakarta and Cilegon offices. Below are the details for our active vacancies:
1. Finance Officer (Location: Cilandak, South Jakarta)
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and ensuring corporate compliance.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing SAP account transactions, performing reconciliations, journal entries, cost accounting calculations, and finalizing monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports. You will also coordinate data submissions with our Japan headquarters and support internal and external audits.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics with 3–5 years of finance experience. Candidates must possess proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and presentation skills, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and cost accounting.
2. Marketing PET Officer (Location: Cilandak, South Jakarta)
The Marketing Officer is essential to our supply chain integrity, bridging the gap between raw material procurement and final product delivery.
* Key Responsibilities: Handling the importation of primary raw materials, coordinating domestic and export product logistics, and ensuring all quality and performance targets are met.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or Management. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector, is required, along with fluency in English and proficiency in SAP.
3. Logistic (Warehouse) Officer (Location: Merak, Cilegon, Banten)
This position is responsible for the seamless execution of our logistics and warehousing operations to maintain optimal supply chain flow.
* Key Responsibilities: Planning and controlling product delivery schedules, overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory levels, and directing material handling processes.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of logistics experience who are fluent in English and skilled in SAP and MS Office.
4. IT (System Infrastructure) Officer (Location: Merak, Cilegon, Banten)
As an IT Officer, you will ensure the stability and security of our digital architecture while driving our digitalization initiatives.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing server and network operations, conducting scheduled maintenance, coordinating with third-party vendors, and proactively evaluating system improvements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with 3–5 years of experience. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in server virtualization, Windows Server, Active Directory, network device operation, and data center maintenance.
