1. GSE / Load Master
As a GSE and Load Master, you will serve a vital function in maintaining turnaround efficiency and flight safety on the ramp. Your daily oversight ensures that every aircraft departs safely and strictly according to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate all ramp activities concerning the loading and unloading of cargo and baggage.
* Position containers and baggage accurately in accordance with the Loading Instruction Report (LIR/LDM) and the Weight & Balance Manual.
* Secure all containers and pallets safely within the cargo compartment using proper ULD locking mechanisms.
* Inspect cargo holds, door sills, and locking systems prior to and immediately following loading operations.
* Liaise seamlessly with GSE operators, porters, load control teams, and flight crews during aircraft handling.
* Finalize, sign, and submit the Loading Inspection Report to Load Control upon completion.
* Immediately report any procedural discrepancies, damaged ULDs, or operational irregularities.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum educational background of SMA, SMK, or an equivalent qualification.
* Proficiency in English communication.
* Possess a valid GSE or BTT license corresponding to operated equipment types.
* Comprehensive understanding of apron safety protocols.
* High level of discipline, rapid response times, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal communication, fundamental computer literacy (Microsoft Office), and teamwork skills.

* Execute cargo acceptance and breakdown procedures in alignment with internal SOPs, airline guidelines, and IATA regulations (DGR, PCR, TCR, LAR).
* Coordinate the handling of special shipments—including perishable goods, valuable items, live animals, and dangerous goods—alongside Avsec and internal teams.
* Log all breakdown and acceptance activities accurately into designated cargo tracking systems.
* Document and escalate reports regarding shortages, damages, or operational irregularities to designated officers.
* Keep COSYS and TPS Online systems updated accurately and promptly.
* Safeguard company and airline assets by enforcing secure cargo handling protocols.
* Distribute operational updates and communications across relevant departments.
* Maintain organized archives of cargo acceptance logs and irregularity records for auditing purposes.
* Adhere to corporate guidelines while offering constructive feedback to optimize workflow processes.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum educational background of SMA, SMK, or equivalent.
* Effective English communication skills.
* Must hold an active Forklift License (FLT) and a valid Driver’s License (SIM A).
