1. Technology Staff
This role supports engineering processes at our Banyuwangi facility, focusing on design integration and process standardization.
* Key Responsibilities: Document management, oversight of technology output standards, issuing Design Change Requests (DCR), and monitoring fabrication and electrical standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, or Railway Engineering. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and knowledge of welding standards (WPS/WP/NDT) is essential.
2. Production Operator Staff
Our production team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring that every train component meets international safety and quality benchmarks.
* Key Responsibilities: Performing machining, metalworking, and assembly tasks based on technical blueprints and production schedules.
* Requirements: Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Welding, Machining, or Electrical Engineering. Candidates with recognized certifications in CNC machining or electrical systems are highly preferred.
