## Available Career Positions
We are currently seeking dedicated and highly motivated individuals to fill the following roles:
1. General Manager (Manufacturing)
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
* Experience: 10–15 years of leadership experience within the automotive manufacturing sector.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional strategic planning, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
* Technical Skills: Deep expertise in production management, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
2. Maintenance Manager
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 10 years in automotive machine maintenance.
* Core Competencies: Expert knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Technical Skills: Proven ability to lead technician teams and develop comprehensive machine maintenance schedules with a focus on target-driven results.
3. Engineering Staff
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical drafting and CAD software, with preference given to candidates familiar with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
* Additional: A solid understanding of production machinery maintenance and a strong team-oriented mindset.
4. IoT (Internet of Things) Staff
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or Electrical Engineering.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IoT concepts, microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, etc.), and network infrastructure.
* Key Responsibilities: Ability to design sensor integration and automated monitoring systems. Prior project experience in IoT is considered a significant advantage.
5. Security Personnel
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
Requirement: Previous experience as a security officer; possessing a formal Satpam* certification is preferred.
* Physical Standards: Must be in good physical condition with proportional height and weight.
* Attributes: High level of discipline, alertness, and integrity; willingness to work in rotating shifts.
6. Inventory Audit Administrator
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
* Experience: At least 1 year in administrative or inventory management roles.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP or specialized inventory software.
* Attributes: High attention to detail, precision in stock reporting, and unwavering integrity.
