## Job Description: What You Will Do
As our next Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent to support our continuous business expansion. Your core daily responsibilities will include:
* Talent Sourcing & Screening: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial resume screening to fulfilling staffing requests across various departments.
* Psychological Assessment: Administer and score employee psychological tests accurately to evaluate candidate fit.
* Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI): Conduct structured candidate interviews utilizing the BEI technique to assess competencies and past behaviors.
* Reporting: Compile and submit comprehensive daily recruitment reports to track hiring metrics and progress.
## Candidate Qualifications: What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Experience: Possess at least 1 year of hands-on professional experience in the recruitment field.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated familiarity and confidence in administering and interpreting psychological testing tools.
* Work Arrangement: Willing to work on a full-time, Work From Office (WFO) basis located in West Jakarta.
