Following the remarkable success of our inaugural Management Trainee program, which saw 25 graduates secure long-term leadership positions within our organization, we are officially opening applications for Batch 2. Candidate Requirements
We value diverse backgrounds and high-potential talent. To be considered for our Management Trainee program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma; degrees in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Science are highly preferred.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.5 is expected for university graduates.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional public speaking abilities, an active social demeanor, and strong communicative skills are essential.
* Language Proficiency: A TOEFL/TOEIC score of at least 500 is a significant advantage for university graduates. Proficiency in Japanese or Dutch is highly valued, and fluency in English is preferred for high school applicants.
* Leadership Experience: Demonstrated history of active participation in school or campus organizations.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed in any of the company’s regional development areas.
