As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards that define our brand. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Quality Assurance: Performing initial product verification and comprehensive outgoing inspections to ensure every component meets our stringent quality benchmarks.

* Safety and Maintenance: Maintaining a pristine work environment by strictly adhering to 5R (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) standards and implementing rigorous Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum of a vocational high school (SMK) diploma or equivalent, preferably with a background in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.

* Technical Literacy: Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.

* Safety Awareness: A solid understanding of the principles of 5R and industrial K3 regulations.
## Required Competencies
