## Role Overview
The Costing Analyst (Management Trainee) will play a pivotal role in our financial and operational success. You will be responsible for evaluating production costs, managing Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, and maintaining Bill of Material (BOM) accuracy. This position is ideal for an ambitious individual eager to bridge the gap between technical engineering processes and financial oversight in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who possess a blend of technical acumen and sharp financial awareness. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or final-year standing in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Accounting, or Engineering Management.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Analytical Proficiency: Exceptional numerical skills and logical reasoning capabilities.
* Technical Software Skills: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUP, IF statements, and Pivot Tables. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is considered a distinct advantage.

3. BOM Management: Comprehensive knowledge of Bill of Material structures and their integration into manufacturing workflows.
4. Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret part and technical drawings to inform accurate cost estimations.
5. Documentation: Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite to ensure professional reporting and data summarization.
