## Current Job Vacancy: Production Packer
PT. Forisa Nusapersada is actively seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to fill the role of Production Packer. This position plays a critical part in the manufacturing ecosystem, ensuring that products are handled, packaged, and prepared for distribution efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Packer, your daily duties will involve maintaining high standards of operational excellence on the factory floor. The core responsibilities include:
* Assisting with the thorough preparation of raw materials and necessary production components.
* Supporting the seamless execution of product filling and packaging procedures.
* Organizing and arranging finished, packaged goods neatly and securely to prevent damage.
* Executing all assigned tasks strictly in accordance with the 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) workplace organization methodology.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this exciting manufacturing role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Open to male and female candidates aged 30 years or younger.
* Education: Minimum educational background of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
* Physical & Mental Readiness: Must demonstrate high agility, meticulous attention to detail, and freedom from color blindness.
* Work Schedule: Fully willing and able to work in a rotating 3-shift operational system.
