## Opportunity: HR Officer / HR Coordinator – Project
We are currently seeking a dynamic and resilient professional to join our team as an HR Officer or HR Coordinator for our ongoing project sites. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our human capital and community relations strategies are executed seamlessly in the field.
Core Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, HR Operations, Personnel Administration, General Affairs, or Public Relations.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR administration, employee relations, labor law, and Indonesian employment regulations.
* Community Engagement: Proven practical experience in social and community relations, specifically regarding engagement with local populations and community leaders.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with project teams, KSO partners, clients, and government representatives.
* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory for client meetings and stakeholder coordination.
Preferred Experience and Skills
While not strictly required, candidates with the following attributes will be given priority:
* Prior experience in construction, EPC, Oil & Gas, power plants, mining, or other project-based industries.
* Demonstrated experience working in remote project locations, managing local stakeholder engagement, and executing site-specific HR reporting.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
* A proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently while fostering team synergy.
Essential Working Conditions
* Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to be deployed to project sites in Maluku, North Sulawesi, or any other PT. Enviromate Technology International location across Indonesia.
