Candidate Qualifications
To ensure applicants possess the right foundation for success, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Physical Requirements: Male, maximum 27 years of age, with a minimum height of 165 cm.
* Educational Background:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agrotechnology, or Plantation Cultivation for Position 1 (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology for Positions 2 and 3 (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Commitment: Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and fulfill a mandatory 3-year service bond.
Experience: Prior internship or practical fieldwork experience (PKL*) within an oil palm plantation is preferred.
* Availability: Able to join the company as soon as possible.
