## Engineering Staff
This role is ideal for technical professionals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess a strong foundation in machine maintenance and diagnostics.
Key Requirements
* Education & Experience: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 22 years old.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, motors, sensors, bearings, gears, shafts, and various machine components.
* Maintenance Expertise: Proven ability to manage preventive maintenance, lubrication schedules, and basic machine upkeep.
* Analytical Skills: Capable of systematic troubleshooting, equipment failure analysis, and utilizing maintenance tools and precision measuring instruments.
* Methodologies: Knowledge of PDCA, the 5-Why approach, QC Story, and Root Cause Analysis.
* Operational Awareness: Familiarity with downtime metrics, MTBF, MTTR, machine reliability, and continuous improvement concepts.
* Soft Skills: A strong safety mindset, disciplined work ethic, proactive communication, and a collaborative team spirit.
## Production Engineering Staff
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with a focus on process optimization and production efficiency to join our production engineering team.
Key Requirements
* Education & Experience: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering with at least one year of professional experience in manufacturing.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 22 years old.
* Technical Skills: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining and assembly, combined with the ability to interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
* Data & Efficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and a strong grasp of cycle time, takt time, line balancing, and overall process efficiency.
