As an Officer Commercial Project, you will serve as a vital link between client expectations and internal operational execution. This position demands a proactive professional capable of managing complex logistics requirements, particularly concerning heavy equipment, oversize cargo, and overweight shipments.
Core Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will be entrusted with a diverse portfolio of commercial and operational duties designed to drive revenue and ensure utmost client satisfaction:
* Client Consultation & Quotations: Interpret customer specifications precisely—especially for heavy machinery and oversized cargo—and draft competitive commercial quotations while ensuring accurate system order creation.
* Relationship & Revenue Management: Support overarching revenue targets by nurturing existing client partnerships and cultivating relationships with prospective industry players.
* Cargo Tracking & Proactive Updates: Monitor, track, and expedite shipments across the entire delivery lifecycle, delivering timely project updates to stakeholders.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact, bridging client needs with Operations, Finance, and other relevant internal departments.
* Documentation & Schedule Control: Oversee cargo readiness, verify supporting documentation, and manage transit schedules.
* Dispute & Complaint Resolution: Swiftly address client grievances, managing claim resolutions in collaboration with specialized internal teams.
* Invoicing & Financial Oversight: Prepare comprehensive documentation for accurate invoicing, coordinate closely with the Finance division to guarantee timely payment collections, monitor customer aging accounts, and report on project financial performance.
