1. Heavy Equipment Operator
This role is vital for maintaining smooth on-site operations and supporting heavy logistical demands within our facilities.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience operating heavy machinery, preferably within the construction or mining sectors.
* Operational Skills: Proficiency in handling heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, or dump trucks according to daily operational demands.
* Mandatory Certification: Must hold a valid and relevant Operator License (SIO).
* Safety & Technical Competence: Solid comprehension of heavy equipment functionality, routine pre-operational inspections, and strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) protocols.
* Problem-Solving: Capable of promptly recognizing equipment irregularities and reporting technical malfunctions immediately to prevent downtime.
2. Limestone Handling System Operator

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years of practical background in plant operations, material handling systems, or comparable industrial roles, ideally gained inside a power plant or heavy manufacturing facility.
* Licensing Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM) with a minimum classification of B2.
* Equipment Proficiency: Capable of operating a forklift safely and efficiently, supported by a valid and relevant Operator License (SIO).
