* Staff Automation (AOT)
* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Staff Production (PROD)
* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
* Staff Japanese Interpreter (JPN)
* Educational Background: Vocational High School (SMK) graduates with prior internship experience in Japan, or a Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Japanese Literature.
## General Qualifications and Requirements

* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of PLCs, robotics, and industrial digitalization is strictly required for the Staff Automation (AOT) role.
