Professional Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following credentials:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of prior experience working as an administrator within a professional manufacturing environment.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to facilitate communication with our international partners.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project materials and administrative documentation workflows.
* Added Advantage: The ability to interpret and understand technical engineering drawings.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
* Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our Kendal, Central Java facility.
