## 1. Management Trainee (External)
As a Management Trainee, you will be on the front lines of our operations, ensuring that every guest receives the high standard of service that defines A&W.
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily shift operations, including food preparation, service standards, and health and safety protocols.
* Oversee financial reporting and cash management at the conclusion of each shift.
* Supervise, coach, and actively participate in team workflows to ensure operational excellence.
* Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify and execute new sales opportunities.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners while safeguarding company assets and inventory levels.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in computer operations.
* Active involvement in organizational or extracurricular activities.
* Ability to perform under pressure with high levels of integrity, loyalty, and diligence.
* Flexibility and willingness to be stationed anywhere across Indonesia.
## 2. Payroll Staff
Our Payroll team is the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring that our workforce is supported accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive payroll data verification and calculations.
* Manage the end-to-end administration of BPJS (social security) processes.
* Update salary structures based on personnel changes and promotions.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data aligned with attendance records and payment deadlines.
* Maintain and optimize the HRIS system for data integrity.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* At least 1 year of experience in payroll administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel.
* In-depth knowledge of BPJS TK and Health insurance regulations.
* Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and excellent attention to detail.
* Availability to join immediately.
## 3. Warehouse Manager (Kepala Gudang)
We are looking for an organized and meticulous leader to oversee our logistics and storage facilities, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the inventory of goods received from distributors, ensuring quality control and reporting any damaged items.
* Maintain optimal stock conditions and warehouse organization.
* Supervise warehouse staff and delegate daily responsibilities.
* Document and track all physical inbound and outbound stock movements.
* Uphold high standards of warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Requirements:
* Minimum High School (SLTA/SMK) diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a warehouse management role.
* Physically and mentally fit.
* Demonstrated honesty, high responsibility, and precision.
* Preference will be given to candidates residing in North Jakarta or Tangerang.
