This leadership role is critical for overseeing and optimizing all import and export operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency within our supply chain.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily import transactions to guarantee timely delivery of goods to designated warehouses.
* Supervise daily export transactions, specifically for returnable packages.
* Manage and monitor licenses pertaining to returnable packages.
* Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of Goods Import Declarations (PIB), Goods Export Declarations (PEB), Correction Notes (Notul), Harmonized System (HS) Codes, Prohibitions and Restrictions (Lartas), Certificates of Origin (COO), and all pertinent export-import regulations.
* Proficiently navigate and utilize systems such as Indonesia National Single Window (INSW), Inatrade, Siinas, KSO Sucofindo, Online Single Submission (OSS) System, and the PIB module.
* Manage and respond to customs audits effectively.
* Cultivate strong relationships and liaise with freight forwarders, logistics companies, and government bodies, particularly customs offices.

Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Logistics major preferred).
* 4-6 years of progressive experience in Export and Import roles, ideally within the Trucks or Automotive industry.

* Manage and oversee material and inventory stock in alignment with production planning.
* Monitor SAP processes, including Goods Receipt, Vehicle Identification Number (NIK) certification, Material Master data, Production Orders, and Bills of Material.
* Oversee the logistics of Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kit importation, managing back orders and pre-delivery parts.

Requirements

* Liaise with and request support from internal Technical Support for unresolved issues.
* Follow up on cases to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare detailed technical reports for dealer managers.
* Identify and document new interesting problems to create Field Service Bulletins, disseminating them to all dealers and importers for awareness and correct solution implementation.
Requirements
* Diploma/Associate degree (D3) in Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in the Trucks, Heavy Equipment, or Automotive industry is an advantage; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
