* Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Business, Engineering, IT, Informatics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics.
* Candidates must be graduates from universities located in the Jabodetabek area.
* Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrate a high level of agility, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.

2. Human Capital Trainee (HCT) – Batch 13

* Recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) holders, with a preference for Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, Law, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
* Must be graduates from universities located in the Jabodetabek area.
* A genuine passion for the Human Capital field.
