## Now Hiring: HRGA Japanese Speaker
As part of our expansion efforts in September 2025, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HRGA Japanese Speaker to join our team. This role serves as a crucial bridge between our local staff and Japanese expatriates, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
* Language Interpretation & Translation: Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for management meetings, audits, training, and daily operations. Translate essential documentation, including SOPs, technical reports, contracts, and presentations.
* Administrative Oversight: Manage the coordination of security and driver teams, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
* Facility & Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance of company infrastructure and the administration of operational vehicle fleets.
* Expatriate Services: Manage legal documentation, including work permits and visas, ensuring full compliance with national regulations.
* Meeting Support: Document meeting minutes for management and cross-departmental reviews to ensure clarity and accountability.
* Industrial Relations: Provide active support in managing industrial relations matters to maintain a productive work environment.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature, Law, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Language Proficiency: Certification in JLPT (minimum level N3) is required, along with professional proficiency in English and Japanese (both verbal and written).
3. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant working experience.
4. Skills & Competencies:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations.
* Knowledge of TKA (Foreign Worker) permit procedures and corporate legal documentation.
* Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and the ability to operate a manual/automatic four-wheeled vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from IDR 7,600,000 to IDR 10,000,000, commensurate with your experience and skillset.
