## Professional Requirements for Candidates

* For Officer Positions: Possession of a formal diploma (D3/D4) or a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized maritime academy or nautical institution.
* For Rating Positions: Completion of at least a high school (SMA/SMK) education or its equivalent.
* Essential Documentation:
* A comprehensive and updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
* A valid and legalized Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* A formal document confirming a drug-free status, issued by an authorized hospital or local police authority.
## Specialized Competency Standards (COC)
Candidates must possess valid Certificates of Competency (COC) in accordance with their respective roles:
* Captain/Deck Officers: Minimum ANT-IV certification.
* Engine Officers: Minimum ATT-IV certification.
