## Current Open Position: Logistic Staff
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics department. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our supply chain operations run smoothly and that our high-quality products reach their destinations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
* Operations Oversight: Actively monitor and coordinate with our driver fleet to ensure all deliveries strictly adhere to established schedules and optimized routes.
* Trip Management: Keep a close watch on vehicle progress and driver activity throughout the delivery cycle to guarantee operational efficiency.
* Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and follow up on any delivery obstacles, such as delays, route changes, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
* Documentation: Maintain precise records, ensuring all trip documentation and internal reports are complete and accurate.
* Compliance: Oversee and enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations among the driver team.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree, preferably in Logistics, Transportation, or Fleet Management.
* Professional Experience: Proven experience in delivery monitoring, transport planning, and routing is required.
* Vendor Relations: Demonstrated experience in vendor management and coordinating with external logistics partners.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. (Note: Experience in negotiating with vendors will be viewed as a significant advantage).
* Personal Attributes: Must be meticulous, assertive, highly responsive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, high-pressure operational environment.
