As an HR Operational Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our service standards and ensuring efficient manpower management across our client sites.
* Manage daily operations for outsourced personnel to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Guarantee the full fulfillment of client manpower requirements while monitoring individual performance.
* Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and manage industrial relations to mitigate risks.
* Cultivate and sustain strong client partnerships to ensure high satisfaction rates.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
* At least one year of professional experience in operational management, manpower services, or outsourcing.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

* Must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and be capable of driving.
2. Learning Specialist
