## 1. Research and Development Staff
This role is essential for advancing the academic and strategic foundations of Zakat management.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive research and development studies regarding Zakat.
* Prepare strategic materials and briefs for BAZNAS leadership.
* Oversee administrative functions supporting research activities.
* Manage the internal publication, IJAZ Journal.
Qualifications:
* Must be a Muslim.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Sharia Economics, Statistics, Sharia Mathematics, or related fields.
* At least 1 year of experience in a relevant sector.
* Aged 20–30 years old.
* Proficient in research tools and scientific writing; fluent in English.
## 2. Protocol Staff
Protocol staff serve as the bridge for leadership mobility, ensuring that public engagements and administrative events are handled with precision and professionalism.
Key Domains:
* Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinating schedules, travel, and meeting preparations to ensure leadership efficiency.
* Event Management: Overseeing event run-downs, rehearsals, and contingency planning.
* Public Relations & Etiquette: Managing VIP hospitality, official greetings, and honorary procedures.
* Seating & Spatial Arrangement: Strategically managing seating hierarchies and venue layout for official ceremonies.
Qualifications:
* Must be a Muslim.

## 3. Legal and Institutional Bureau Staff

Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advocacy and preventive measures against violations in Zakat management.
* Coordinate with external institutions such as the Police, Attorney General’s Office, and various Courts.
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
* Conduct periodic legal awareness training for BAZNAS, LAZ, and UPZ staff.
Qualifications:
* Must be a Muslim.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1).
* Must hold an Advocate Sworn Statement (BAS) and a valid license to practice.
* Proven experience in legal drafting and corporate licensing.
## 4. International Fundraising and Partnership Staff
