## Job Role and Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator specializing in Functional Circuit Test (FCT) Fusebox, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high manufacturing standards and ensuring seamless production workflows.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
* Production Line Execution: Safely and accurately operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line machinery to meet daily manufacturing quotas.
* Product Changeovers: Manage efficient line-switching processes during product type transitions while continuously replenishing materials and components to prevent downtime.
* Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections on Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly and printing outputs to proactively prevent defective items.
* Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Perform basic debugging when minor operational errors occur and assist in executing scheduled preventive maintenance for machinery.
* Workplace Organization: Strictly implement the 6S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) across the production floor.
* Operational Support: Handle additional tasks and follow instructions delegated by team leaders or supervisors to optimize factory performance.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably majoring in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience handling FCT Fuseboxes (Functional Circuit Test) or Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA).
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SMT electronic materials, alongside practical background in electronic product manufacturing, assembly, and soldering techniques.
* Operational Skills: Demonstrated capability in operating SMT machinery and performing manual electronic soldering.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, a goal-oriented work ethic, excellent time-management skills under tight deadlines, and the ability to excel both independently and within a team.
