Key Responsibilities
* Conducting extensive field visits and direct engagement with local rubber farmers and suppliers.
* Overseeing raw material sourcing strategies to maintain high quality and steady supply chains.
* Implementing sustainable sourcing practices in alignment with company standards.
* Collaborating with regional teams to optimize operational efficiency and supplier relations.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Mobility: Fully willing to undertake extensive field-based, mobile work involving regular visits to rubber farming communities.
* Work Ethic: High level of personal discipline, enthusiasm, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership capabilities, coupled with persuasive communication and strong negotiation skills.
* Technical Proficiency: Fluent in utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Training & Commitment: Willingness to undergo a comprehensive 6-month on-the-job training program followed by a mandatory 2-year service bond.
* Geographical Flexibility: Prepared for assignment at any of the PT Kirana Megatara Tbk factory locations across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
